In accordance with Texas law (House Bill 4224 and Texas Health & Safety Code §181.105), the following information is provided to clients and members of the public.
Access to Health Care Records
You have the right to request access to your mental health records maintained by Radiance Counseling.
To request records, please submit a written request by one of the following methods:

    •    Secure client portal message
    •    Written request to our office address
Records will be provided in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Reasonable fees may apply as permitted by law.
