Hi, I’m Meagan,
A Licensed Professional Counselor Associate specialized in working with teenagers, adults, and couples who are ready to overcome their past experiences or navigate the challenges of the present.
If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, transitioning through different seasons of life, or experiencing relational or marital conflicts, I am here to help. I believe that therapy is a partnership — one built on trust, safety, empathy, and accountability. My approach is collaborative, meaning we will work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a way that fosters self-awareness and positive change. My goals are to help you develop healthier patterns, build on your strengths, and set meaningful goals that align with the life you want to create.
My Approach:
I take a compassionate approach to help clients build insight and confidence while developing practical coping skills. I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you understand your story, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnect with your authentic self. Our early experiences shape how we navigate challenges. By exploring these patterns, we can build healthier coping strategies.
I am trained in Gottman Level 1 Therapy, which helps couples strengthen their communication and deepen their emotional connection.
What Clients Often Say:
Clients often describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine, human connection- one where you can show up as you are.
